Our governors are looking to appoint 2 ambitious, creative and forward thinking teachers (ECTs) to begin their career within our schools.  

Our federation consists of an infant and junior school where being kind, working hard and so making a difference for ourselves and our local, national and global communities are our aims.  In achieving this we work in partnership with our families to develop well rounded, curious, articulate, and enquiring children.    

We are committed to developing our staff at all stages of their careers such that, for example, 2 of our current headship team began their teaching careers with us.  We have successfully trained 12 ECTS over the past 4 years with a 100% success rate. 

We are looking for  primary ECTs  who:

  • Have  a clear sense of moral purpose and is driven to ensure all children thrive and achieve well
  • actively invite and act on feedback in order to improve 
  • are intellectually curious 
  • have successful experience working or contributing to teams

Start Date: As soon as possible  - this is a rolling advert and will be live until we appoint.

Pay Range: Level 1 Grade A  (£25,854 pro-rata)

Contract: Permanent. 

Hours: Daily 11.45-1.15 which is  7 ½ hrs a week.  Term time only

Our Meal Time Supervisors are very important members of our team providing care and supervision across the lunch period.  The role is spent largely outdoors and your ability to be able to talk, listen and engage with our children is a priority in this role. 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Who really enjoys interacting with children aged 5-11yrs old 
  • Who can listen to children and help them develop their friendships  
  • Who understands about healthy eating and who can encourage children to eat well
  • Who can implement the clear boundaries set within our behaviour policies
  • Who can provide first aid for and safeguard our children
